Some more ripple animations. Now only anim::value (float64).
Also each FloatAnimation now stops MTP responses.
Also slide animations done by FloatAnimation.

Removed Function<> and SharedCallback<>, using base::lambda_unique<>.
Also removed macro START_ANIMATION(anim,) using anim.start() instead.
