ef08b52597 Version 2.1.11 (Linux only). 
- Fix launch on old Linux systems.

Degrade OpenAL back to 1.19.1 so that it will still work on old systems.

Fixes #8005.

* Disable ffmpeg linkage with unneeded libraries
* Disable unneeded dtd validation for libwayland
* Omit Qt flags that set to default values

Regression was introduced in 3f5eaa8f0a.

Fixes problem with GTK file dialog running as modal windows. Fixes #7186.
