Removed #include "stdafx.h" from all files.
...
Currently the build without implicitly included precompiled header
is not supported anyway (because Qt MOC source files do not include
stdafx.h, they include plain headers).
So when we decide to support building without implicitly included
precompiled headers we'll have to fix all the headers anyway.

Building Qt with -no-gtkstyle and disable forcing "-style=0" in main.cpp
...
We can't use Qt gtk style, because it loads gtk-2 and we are possibly
loading and using gtk-3 for libappindicator3 and it crashes :(
