Kotatogram – experimental Telegram Desktop fork.

Preview of Kotatogram Desktop

Build instructions can be found in docs folder. Please note: only [32-bit Windows][building-msvc], [64-bit Windows][building-msvc-x64] and [Linux][building-cmake] build instructions are updated.
